1. Acceptance of Terms

   By downloading, installing, or using Giruda ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

   Giruda is a single-player card game application based on the Korean trick-taking card game "Mighty." The App provides gameplay against AI opponents.

3. Virtual Currency

   3-1. The App includes a virtual currency system ("Points") used for in-game purposes. 3-2. Points can be earned through gameplay, daily attendance, watching advertisements, or purchased through in-app purchases. 3-3. Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. 3-4. Purchased Points are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple App Store / Google Play Store.

4. In-App Purchases

   4-1. The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 4-2. All purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of the respective platform. 4-3. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

5. Advertisements

   The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, and code, is the property of the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

   You agree not to:

   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
   • Modify or create derivative works based on the App
   • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   • Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

   The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
